28 Weeks Later

"28 Weeks Later" is a 2007 sequel to "28 Days Later." Set in a post-apocalyptic London, the story unfolds after the initial outbreak of the rage-inducing virus has seemingly subsided. The U.S. Army, along with a group of survivors, attempts to restore order and rebuild society. However, when a carrier with a genetic immunity to the virus is discovered, the deadly infection re-emerges, leading to a new wave of chaos and bloodshed. As the virus spreads rapidly, the survivors must once again confront the horrifying reality of the infected, and the thin line between containment and a full-blown pandemic. The film explores themes of survival, the consequences of scientific experimentation, and the moral complexities of desperate measures in the face of a devastating viral threat.
