When will pre-ordered items ship?
Pre-orders typically take between 4-6 weeks to print and ship. This will be listed in the product description on each pre-order page. Delays are rare, however, if one occurs, announcements will be made on our update page (HERE), and our social media pages. Please keep in mind that when both a pre-order item and an in stock item(s) are in the same order, the in stock item will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like the in stock item to ship first, please place a separate order just for that item(s).
When will in stock order ship?
In stock items ships within 1-2 business days after your purchase. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If for some reason you item has been lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number to open up a case. Please remember that USPS does not offer insurance for items that are not shipped with PRIORITY MAIL. We recommend all customers, especially international customers, purchase priority shipping to have access to insurance options.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping notification via email which contains a USPS tracking number. Please note, the tracking page can sometimes take 24 hours to update. Be sure to double check which email address you use to place your order, as all shipping and delivery notifications will be sent to the email address the order was placed under.
Can I add/delete items from my order?
If you need to update or remove an item, please contact us to do so. You will not need to place a second order. Please keep in mind, once a pre-order has closed, there is no guarantee we will be able to make the changes such as swapping out items or changing sizes, so we recommend any changes that need to be made are done before the end of each pre-order.
What payment methods do you use?
All major credit cards, along with PayPal.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has shipped, it usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Please be aware it may take longer due to custom processing time of your country. Also, we are not responsible for any VAT/duty fees.
Please remember that USPS does not offer insurance for items that are not shipped with PRIORITY MAIL. We recommend all customers, especially international customers, purchase priority shipping to have access to insurance options.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time during the pre-order window. Once a pre-order is over, we are unable to cancel orders with 3 or more items.
Can I return my item?
Yes. Please review our return policy by clicking HERE. Blankets are not eligible for return
What brand of shirts do you use?
Regular tees are printed on Bella Canvas. Premium tees are printed on Comfort Colors. All hoodies and crewnecks are on Independent Trading Company, and tie dyes are on Gildan blanks.
What is the difference between Regular and Premium tees?
Regular tees are printed on Bella Canvas, which is a lightweight, cotton tee, and premium tees are printed on Comfort Colors, which is a slightly thicker cotton with a more relaxed fit.
